What’s the first name that comes to mind when you think of online selling?
A (cow) pat on the back if you said eBay. Yes, it is the number one source for online sales (by number of individual items sold) , and probably one of the best, but it’s by no means the only place where you can sell your drop shipped or wholesale products. There are lots of udders. :>0. get it?
Auction.com is a popular sales site that, unlike eBay, does not charge a listing fee or a commission. Instead, you pay a monthly fee and can list as many items as you want. Another site that doesn’t charge a listing fee is uBid.com, which used to focus on electronics but now covers the whole range of consumer stuff. There are plenty more too – like Yahoo Auctions, Bidz.com and even good ol’ Amazon. For a list of the most popular sites, including a breakdown by sales category, visit http://www.100auctionsites.com/
There are also churns-full of non-auction sites where you can list and sell your drop shipped products. eBay even has its own classified site – kijiji.com – but the biggest of them all is craigslist.org, a network of community-based classified sites. Your local newspaper possible has an online classified site too.
Of course, you can open a shop front online and sell from your own website. But, if you do this, you will need an ecommerce sales solution – with shopping cart, inventory management and, probably, the ability to handle credit card sales. If you’re new to online selling, it’s not the place to start....auction sites are easier and more profitable! If you are interested in selling through your own online store , we'll provide that information in just a bit!

If you are looking for additional products, goWholesale.com is free wholesale supplier directory that does not require any registration.
